Who we are
We are a small team of engineers who spent years building production software before building AI systems. That order matters. It means we treat an AI feature like any other part of a system that has to be correct, observable and maintainable long after the launch announcement.
We work with organisations that have moved past curiosity and want something dependable in front of real users — internal tools that save meaningful hours, retrieval systems over corpora too large to read, and automation that has to be right often enough to trust.
How we work
Four principles
Engineers, not slide decks
Every engagement is led by someone who will write the code. Recommendations come with an estimate of what it takes to build them, because the person making them has built one before.
We will tell you when AI is the wrong answer
A meaningful share of the problems we are asked about are better solved with a rules engine, a database query, or fixing a process. Saying so early is cheaper for you than discovering it in month four.
Measured, not asserted
Quality claims need evidence. We build the evaluation harness alongside the system so that "it works well" is a number you can watch over time, not an impression from a demo.
Handover is part of the work
The goal is a system your team can operate and extend without us. Documentation, runbooks and pairing are in scope from the start, not bolted on at the end.
