2–3 weeks
A fixed-scope assessment of where AI can move a number in your business. We interview the teams doing the work, review the data available, and deliver a ranked opportunity map with effort estimates and a recommended first build.
6–12 weeks
We build and ship the system, working in your repositories and to your review standards. Every engagement includes an evaluation harness so quality is measured rather than assumed, and observability so you can see what the system is doing once real users arrive.
Ongoing
Your engineers learn the patterns by building with us rather than watching us. Workshops cover retrieval architecture, evaluation, prompt engineering as a disciplined practice, and the failure modes that only appear in production.
